Kathryn has a background in psychology with decades of experience leading meditators to their center of calm with nourishing, healing guided meditations that powerfully enrich mind, body and soul. She will be leading a self-love mindful yoga class and relaxing sivasana with affirmations and binaural beat music every morning. She will facilitate sleep workshops, chakra balancing, manifestation tips for abundance and letting go of of what no longer serves the highest good.

I’m an art facilitator, breathwork instructor, and creative guide who co-leads the Lighten Up Retreat in Costa Rica. My work bridges art, mindfulness, and emotional healing to help people reconnect with their inner voice through creative expression. During the retreat, I lead Letting Go Art Experiences—immersive sessions that combine mindful movement, breath, and intuitive art-making. Through this process, I invite participants to release self-judgment, awaken creative freedom, and rediscover the joy of authentic expression.
