Bringing two+ decades of doing this work, seeing the transformations, witnessing the body on the other side of a release, harnessing the power of the group— this retreat is that, only different.
The group that joins will be willing to show up for themselves, ready to step up to hold space for the group, with eyes open to witness, hearts open to feel, with a desire to move through what no longer needs to be held.
