Mare Grinnan is a movement artist, a creative, and founder of SoulShine Studios—an award-winning hub for well-being in Richmond, Virginia. Her work weaves somatic movement, yoga, sound, creativity, and mindfulness into experiences that help people return to their natural rhythm—alive, grounded, and fully themselves. At her retreats, Mare creates spaces where movement becomes meditation and self-expression becomes medicine. Through dance, yoga, sound baths, and creative practices, she invites participants to explore presence over performance and play over perfection. Known for her warmth, humor, and authenticity, Mare teaches from the heart—encouraging people to come exactly as they are and leave a little more themselves. She is currently working on a book about her own unravelling. reclaiming creativity and the art of being enough.

In 2001, Niki answered the call of her heart and became a yoga instructor in Los Angeles, where she began to share her knowledge of alignment principles and heart-opening yoga philosophy. Niki creates safe spaces for people to have their own unique experiences and offers many modifications to make her classes accessible to everybody. Niki's joy is infectious and her playful attitude creates an inclusive community atmosphere. Niki is also a NIA black belt. She lives in Richmond, VA with her family.
