Afternoons invite restoration and reflection through somatic release, gentle mobility, journaling, sound healing, and guided relaxation. You’ll also experience our signature Blue Clay ritual for rejuvenation, along with visits to the vibrant local village and the serene beaches of Dominical.

Lindsey Fair is a lifelong movement enthusiast whose Pilates journey began after a career as a national-level swimmer. What started as a personal practice quickly evolved into a passion for teaching, leading Lindsey to become a certified Pilates instructor over a decade ago. She has since built a fulfilling career helping others connect more deeply with their bodies through mindful movement, balance, and strength. During retreats, Lindsey leads daily Pilates sessions that emphasize alignment, core stability, and the integration of breath and movement. Her teaching style blends precision and playfulness—inviting participants to move with curiosity, confidence, and joy. Beyond the mat, Lindsey facilitates deep internal healing through breathwork, sound healing, and sacred clay ceremonies designed to release what no longer serves and reconnect guests to their most authentic selves. Each retreat experience she curates reflects her belief in the transformative power of movement, nature, and community—a true embodiment of Pura Vida.
