Yulia Azriel

Holistic Yoga & Healing Coach

Yulia Azriel is the founder of Gentle Heart Yoga & Wellness, a space committed to helping people reconnect with their bodies, hearts, and inner wisdom. Through her work — which blends yoga, breathwork, healing, coaching, and spiritual guidance — she supports individuals in releasing limiting beliefs, healing trauma, and rediscovering their innate capacity for joy, wholeness, and self-trust.

Originally from the Soviet Union, Yulia’s early life was marked by feelings of not belonging and deep internal judgment — a background that eventually led her to seek refuge in nature, science, and spiritual practices. She studied biology, botany, neuroscience, and biochemistry before discovering yoga in her 30s — a turning point that awakened her to the spiritual depth of body-mind connection and initiated a profound healing journey.

After immersing herself in yoga and healing arts, Yulia earned certifications including a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Therapy (Amrit Method of Body Psychology), Advanced Yoga Nidra, Energy Work/Reiki, Pilates, and Integral Breath Therapy. Over more than a decade, she has helped hundreds of clients and students — from children to seniors to busy professionals — guiding yoga, breathwork, meditation, transformative inner work, and retreats.

Through offerings like women’s yoga circles, individual healing sessions, and immersive retreats, Yulia invites people to reconnect with their sacred hearts, let go of self-judgment, and align with their soul’s purpose. Her mission is to help people live wholeheartedly, fully embodied, and in alignment with their deepest truth.
