Michael serves as an executive coach and organizational development specialist with over 20 years of experience in individual development and organizational consulting. Clients report that his depth of knowledge and experience, delivered with humor, optimism, and directness helps people develop needed leadership skills and supports positive change in organizations. He regularly provides executive and leadership coaching, pre-hire and developmental assessments, off-site and strategy meeting facilitation, team development and organizational culture solutions, and as well as consultation to help family and closely held businesses thrive.  

As an entrepreneur, he managed two food products companies before seeking his psychology degree. He served as VP Sales & Marketing for a family-owned startup software company in the late 1990s, and then as Senior Consultant for Knickerbocker & Stevens, Inc, a Boston-based management psychology consulting firm.  

Michael is certified and expert in many assessments and change facilitation methods, including: Hogan, DISC, 16PF, OutMatch Assessments, Wonderlic, Raven's, Leadership Versatility Index, Denison Culture Survey, among others.
