Maria Marshall is the founder and CEO of Gaia Goddess, a holistic healing and empowerment collective for women.

She is a breathwork facilitator and energy healer — skilled in modalities such as Reiki, sound healing, chroma-light therapy, and guided breathwork.

Her journey — including personal healing and spiritual growth — led her to create a space where women from diverse economic, cultural, and racial backgrounds can access community, healing, and empowerment.

Maria blends creative arts background (she studied visual arts, at institutions such as the Fashion Institute of Technology and Parsons School of Design) with spiritual and healing practices, which influence her unique, holistic approach.

Through Gaia Goddess she offers online and in-person modalities: breathwork, energy healing, community support, and transformational spaces for “divine feminine” awakening and holistic wellbeing.
