Kole Whitty is a bio-integration specialist, trauma release expert, and co-founder (with her husband Tah Whitty) of Bio Integration Solutions, LLC. Drawing on more than a decade of work in addiction education, personal training, and shamanic traditions, she helps people understand and translate the subtle language of their bodies. Her approach centers on combining physiological data—like heart-rate variability and sleep metrics—with deep embodied practices to guide clients through trauma, stress, and transformation.
Her story is deeply rooted in her own healing journey. After a near-fatal overdose at seventeen and years of chronic health issues by age 26, she turned to psychedelic medicine as a path for realignment and recovery. Today, Kole is best known for co-creating The Condor Approach, a 7-day mind-body workbook and coaching curriculum that supports integration of micro- and macrodose psychedelic experiences. She also co-hosts The Psychedelic Coach Podcast, where she and Tah teach real-world tools for navigating transformation, and leads educational programs for other coaches working with psychedelic-informed models.
