Jess Anderson is a seasoned birth doula, wellness pioneer, and transformational guide with more than 13 years of experience holding space for women at life’s most powerful thresholds. Her journey began with her own unsupported birth—a moment that ignited an unwavering commitment to change and service. From her postpartum bed, Jess began her training, turning personal vulnerability into a lifelong devotion to making birth an experience of empowerment and sacred transition.
As the founder of a holistic wellness center in Brigham City, Utah, Jess created what had not yet existed: a vibrant hub for healing, community, and embodied wellness in a town that once had none. Born from her own lived need and longing, she recognized the absence of supportive, integrative care in her small town and answered it by building a sacred container where others could come to be held, witnessed, and healed
Jess’s work spans yoga, childbirth education, herbalism, and authorship, interwoven with a belief that every body carries wisdom and every life passage is an initiation. She also co-owns a conscious coupling and relational education business with her husband, a breathwork instructor, where they support individuals and couples in presence, intimacy, and relational alchemy.
Known for her grounded, heart-led approach, Jess holds space for women to awaken the divine feminine, to remember their wholeness, and to rise together as modern matriarchs. Her presence is a blend of rooted strength and tender listening—inviting participants to move deeper into themselves, into community, and into the kind of transformation that ripples outward.
