My journey began at 5 with my grandparents and evolved into providing backstage massages for rockstars at Red Rocks Amphitheater by 21. The music industry felt like family, but I lost many friends to suicide and overdose, leading me to spirituality.

After moving to Santa Cruz and earning a Masters in Chinese Medicine, I faced seemingly endless loss. Chanting and meditating with masters helped me through tough times.

I shared a deep bond with my life partner, Soren McCarty, creating yoga programs and navigating life together. In January 2020, Soren was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. We faced this battle side by side, but in April 2021, he passed away with his arms around me. His loss was a profound turning point. The grief and love I experienced solidified my commitment to teaching and guiding others through spirituality and yoga, honoring his memory by helping others find their own paths to healing.
