Dr. Pamela Larde

Social Scientist, Coach & Professor of Leadership

Dr. Pamela Larde is a social scientist, coach, educator, and founder dedicated to transforming how we understand well-being, leadership, and joy. She is Associate Professor of Leadership at Anderson University, Director of Education at Institute of Coaching (affiliated with McLean Hospital / Harvard University), and the founder of Academy of Creative Coaching — one of the first Black female–owned ICF-accredited coaching schools in the world.

With a Ph.D. in Leadership for the Advancement of Learning and Service and decades of experience in academia, research, and coaching, Dr. Larde specializes in post-traumatic growth, joy resilience, self-motivation, and holistic leadership. Her work integrates social science research, trauma-informed practices, and a multidimensional framework of joy — helping individuals and organizations build lives and cultures rooted in connection, dignity, justice, and sustainable well-being.
