Dr. Mari Hoar is a Clinical Psychologist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Sacred Medicine Integration Practitioner, and Womb Circle Facilitator.

As a wounded healer, Mari attempted to heal from her own personal trauma using traditional Western psychological approaches; however, after many years of actively working on healing her trauma and using the same techniques with her clients, she knew something was missing.

Her deep healing really began when she was able to connect with her body through Somatic Experiencing. Her awakening was catalyzed when she connected with Mother Nature, sacred sisterhood, and the healing traditions she encountered in Costa Rica. Her transformation has led her to interweave modern science with ancient wisdom practices to guide women to heal themselves and awaken to their authentic selves.
