Mt work as a massage therapist, grief-tender, death doula and licensed psilocybin facilitator in Portland, Oregon is centered in a desire to nurture healing, resilience and a deeper connection to self and community. I have been working in the healing arts since 2004 and I am fascinated by the mind, body, spirit connection. I host community wellness events, grief circles and creatively curated retreats, with grief retreats being my specialty.
