Join us for our 3 day soul-conscious digital cooking event with our Vegan Chef Pedro Pradhu and Sous Chef Mayron Quesada where you will learn how to plan a healthier menu for home cooking, Ayurvedic recipes, Alkaline Raw Summer meals and Gourmet Vegan Food, among many other things!

You will learn with these 4 Modules recorded by Chef Pedro Pradhu, Sous Chef Mayron Quesada and Ayurvedic Expert Jessica Kruse about the magic of conscious cooking and the healing that it brings to your body, mind and soul. Additionally to the Cooking Classes you will receive Yoga lessons based on Ayurvedic Principles Vata, Pitta and Kapha to help you balance your digestion.

Day 1

GOURMET VEGAN COMFORT FOOD

Your Teachers

 

CHEF PEDRO PRADHU

Pedro graduated from the Instiuto Nacional de Aprendizaje de Costa Rica in 2010, Since then, the has apprenticed with various master chefs in the fields of raw, vegan, gluten free and Ayurveda cusines. His dream is to continue to learn in Institutions such as El Jardin de Estudios Tropicales, and then share this wisdom of using endemic plants, through the food he serves and the classes he teaches, Pedro´s nutritious meals are created with the intention to heal and go beyond satisfying your hunger; his creations nourish your body and soul, engulfing you with the essence of taste and culture.

Chef Pedro applies his extensive studies to create healthy, nutritious and delicious meals based on the principles of Ayurveda. He is a Internationally recognized leader in Costa Rica, as the ownier of La Botanica educating with inspiring workshops In raw vegan cuisine, organizing community events and cooking for the students and starts as the head chef at the Imiloa Institute.

Sous Chef MAYRON QUESADA

Mayron Quesada Peraza started his cooking career by volunteering at the Envision Festival where Chef Pedro was in change of the production kitchen. At that time he was an anthropology and education student and saw in the kitchen something that combined culture, art, science and wellness.

He started professional cooking studies at the national Chef Association (ANCH) where he learned vanguard techniques and he started growing interest in vegan, gluten-free cooking due to people´s need of eating clean healthy foods with a variety of options in between meals, his experience in this field is traced back to working and being in change of kitchens with a healthy and organic orientation.

Jessica Kruse

She is an Ayurveda Practitioner, Remedial Massage Therapist, E-RYT 200 & S.I.T. (Subconscious Imprinting Technique) Practitioner who has studied across the globe. She’s continued to apprentice and mentor with her first teacher of Ayurveda Dr.Jaisri Lambert (NAMA) since 2008, meanwhile receiving a unique apprenticeship of advanced clinical studies with renowned Ayurvedic physicians Dr. Kesari and Dr. Ramkumar at Vaidyagrama in India and with Dr. Vasant Lad in both the USA and India over the past decade.

Jessica specializes in Ayurvedic pulse reading, diet and lifestyle consultations & counselling, Ayurveda cuisine, Ayurveda Yoga Therapy, Turiya Therapy (Marma Chikitsa), Clinical and Ayurveda massage therapy, holistic aesthetics & beauty treatments. Jessica is both a student and a teacher by nature and has created a variety of transformational courses; everything from 3 hour cooking classes to 60 hour professional Ayurvedic massage therapy certification to 200 hour YTT and has been Pedro’s Ayurveda mentor since 2015.
